When you are finished creating your NearPod presentation, it needs to be saved. (Remember added slides go to the the end of the NearPod presentation and can be moved by dragging and dropping to a new location.)
1. To preview a presentation as a student. Select Preview from the options in the bottom right hand corner.
2. Selecting Share from the edit presentation mode will provide an editing link to your presentation.
3. When you are finished with the presentation, click Save & Exit. This will save your presentation back to your Library of presentations.
4. Hover over the presentation to see options to:
Go to a Live Lesson
Create a Student-paced lesson
Edit the presentation
Preview
OR use the ellipses (three dots) to
Share
Duplicate
Add to Folder
Export to PDF
Reports
Delete
Sharing a Nearpod with other Teachers
To share a Nearpod Presentation with another teacher:
1. Click the 'Three Dots'
2. Click 'Share'
3. Click the Email tab and type in the email address of the intended recipient.
4. The recipient will receive and email with a link to "add an editable copy to your own library."
New Sharing Features: Teachers have always been able to share a prepared lesson via email or other social media. Recipients can open and view a shared lesson or place an editable copy in their own library.
In addition, teachers at CMCSS will now have shared public libraries. Teachers can place copies of a created lesson in a School Private Library that is available to all teachers at that school.
